I'm a New York-based, Emmy-nominated video journalist, producer and writer. My background includes 12 years as a producer at CUNY TV (2014-2026), where I worked on a show hosted by Brian Lehrer, as well as DiverseCITY, Shades of U.S., Urban U and more. My writing has appeared in Curbed NY, City Limits and elsewhere. My blogs Astoriapolis (formerly Corner of Astoria) and Queens Disco feature my writing and videos on Queens. As a filmmaker and editor, I covered New York’s most crowded City Council race in District 26: A New York Election Story and edited the award-winning Cuba es mi Patria: the Homeland I Keep Inside.
